alter the height of most chandeliers to meet your requirements. Most
alterations are done free of charge.

Payment
methods include certified cheque, bank or postal money order, VISA or Mastercard.
(If paying
by personal uncertified cheque from the US, your order will be held for
25 business days for the cheque to clear.) Shipping is at
purchaser's choice.

If you have questions
about the item ordered, please ask for any
details before placing your order. Return of item within ten
days of the date you contact us about a return, in original condition for reimbursement of purchase
price, excluding shipping/insurance costs. Purchaser is responsible for
return shipping/insurance costs.
